Puerto Ayora Group Logistics Checklist

Save this before the group treats the villa rate as the whole trip.

1. GPS Villa is four bedrooms and sleeps nine. It is the house, not a yacht.
2. Put dates on the listing. That opens Hotel Barranco’s checkout for Dock House. You pay the hotel.
3. Keys are at the Hotel Barranco front desk. You stay in the house.
4. The kitchen is equipped. Groceries are a short walk. These notes do not name a market or a house chef. A catering kitchen is in the directory, copied from its own site.
5. The jacuzzi is private. The outdoor pool is shared, 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A sea kayak comes with the stay.
6. The connection is Starlink. The listing does not publish a generator.
7. Budget the park fee separately: $200 adult, $100 under 12, plus a $20 transit card. Ferries and tours are not in the rate.
